What if we adopted a new point of view in the production of materials, an alternative way based on our habits as food consumers? The production of bio-tiles from food waste (e.g. egg shells, which are rich in calcium carbonate, or walnut shells, which are reach in lignin) aims to open a debate on the possibilities for this future scenario to be put in place.
