The Materials Design Map is a free online tool that connects designers and companies worldwide working with eco-friendly materials. The aim is to help users discover environmentally conscious solutions in their region while promoting the growth of local circular economies.

Explore more than 140 sustainable materials from over 30 countries: materials made from agricultural, food and textile waste, mycelium, algae, hemp and natural fibers. Filter the map by material, resource or country to find the designers, studios, startups and companies behind them, and contact them directly.

By joining the Map, your materials don’t just sit online, they become part of an active, curated selection shared with an international network of companies, designers, and curators looking for innovative solutions. This means real visibility and access to concrete opportunities, from collaborations with brands to features in magazines and participation in exhibitions and events. Some projects have already been selected for editorial features and exhibitions during Milan Design Week, turning a simple presence on the platform into tangible growth and recognition.
